Personal Data Processing Notice

Aydınoğulları Akaryakıt İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Company") shows maximum sensitivity regarding the security of your personal data. All personal data relating to persons who benefit from our products and services, as well as all persons related to the Company, are processed and stored in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

1. Collection, Processing And Purposes Of Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through offices, our website, e-mail, telephone, contact forms, career application forms and similar channels by automatic or non-automatic methods.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to contact requests, managing quote and project evaluation processes, evaluating human resources applications, executing contract processes, fulfilling legal obligations, conducting corporate communication activities and ensuring business activities are carried out in compliance with legislation, within the scope of personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

2. Transfer Of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, in order to fulfill the purposes stated above.

3. Method And Legal Basis Of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected so that the services provided by our Company can be carried out within the legal framework and contractual and statutory obligations can be fulfilled completely and accurately; it is processed and may be transferred based on the legal grounds set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

4. Rights Of The Data Subject Under Article 11 Of KVKK

If you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company, they will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

• To request information if personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• To know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data when processing reasons cease to exist despite lawful processing
• To object to adverse results arising solely from automated analysis
• To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

5. Application Method

Pursuant to Article 13 of KVKK, you may submit your request in writing or through methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
